Qi Induction Chargers

Qi Induction Chargers are a relatively new product based off very old technology. Take a long copper wire, coil it up really tight, and you have created a magnet. If you have another coil just like it near by, you can pass a charge through their magnetic field.

Coffee shops like Starbuck's now sometimes offer Induction Charging Pads at their tables, but very few devices have the second coil built inside to receive the electric current. As the wearable tech industry grows, and the public gets tired of carrying so many cords, we will see more Qi enabled induction charging devices in our stores and built into our infrastructure.
Under the assumption that induction charging will be available most places, it is reasonable to conclude the chargers may have to take many forms. Forms that suit someone's home, a bar, a restaurant, a waiting room.

I proceded to explore what forms were possible through material explorations.
